DTI Issues

Hi All!  I think we have all been suffering the discrepancies with DTI and data between Encompass and AUS over the past couple weeks!

In order to help empower our users to solve issues on their own, we put together the attached information sheet.  Yes, it is VERY long, but it does capture info from multiple resources onto one sheet so we can easily search the form for information.  It also has a link to DU’s troubleshooting tips website at the top for everyone to use. 

PLEASE review the attached, as well as pass onto your teams and have them review as well.  At minimum, please look at the topics that are highlighted so when a question comes up, we know to at least check here first as I think a majority if the questions we are all seeing, are answered in the attached! 

Also, if you could push the users that when they submit tickets, to please include details as to what they see as being off (debt isn’t matching, income isn’t matching, etc) and what they think the ratios should be.  That will help us drill into the issue a little easier as I assume they have already reviewed the info and identified where the concern might be… ?
