- Error Code 9001- User Authentication Error
- This has to do with credentials. Since EPC uses a company wide log-in, the first step would be to have admin check the credentials in admin settings, making sure the user or participant is mapped correctly
- Once updated, have user log out of Encompass and back in
- Last resort would be we can reset the XML password on DataVerify side, and then it will need to be updated wherever it is used
